Organized ride

Our route followed a scenic loop that begins and ends at the North Kawartha Community Centre.

The ride will left at 2:00 PM and took about an hour.

The ride was at a leisurely pace suitable for all riders and bikes.

We wish to extend our sincere thanks to the Kawartha Charity Riders for their assistance in organizing the Guided Ride.

Is the event licensed?

No. We do not mix drinking and riding.

Is this event for charity?

It was a free, non-profit event run by volunteers that simply love to ride.

The proceeds from our main food vendor go towards the Apsley Minor Hockey Association.

In 2017 we partnered with Community Care - Apsley. Through a network of community offices throughout the City and County of Peterborough, including an Apsley office, Community Care staff and volunteers provide a variety of essential services to seniors (60+) and to adults with physical challenges (18+) empowering them to live at home. Stay tuned for further details.

Is there an ATM on site?

It is recommended that you bring cash to the event for the purchase of food at our concession stands and other souvenirs or photos. If you run out of cash, there is an ATM located at the RBC Bank just a couple minutes away from the event venue on Burleigh Street.
